AJ Cavanagh and Thomas Workman met in 2016 in Raleigh, North Carolina, where they discovered a profound connection that would eventually lead to their work as simultaneous channels. AJ, an Arcturian Starseed originally from Melbourne, Australia, discovered his gifts early in life and was spiritually mentored by Ishbel, one of Australia’s leading clairvoyants.

Thomas, born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, developed his gifts later in life while working as a health policy researcher in Washington, D.C. He was mentored as an intuitive and channel by international teacher, author, and speaker Sheila Cash.

Though both were channeling independently, they encountered “The Guides”—a collective of angels, ascended masters, nature spirits, ancestors, and interdimensional and intergalactic beings—through their shared meditation practice. The Guides expressed a desire for AJ and Thomas to deliver their messages to humanity as simultaneous channels, meaning they share one mind and bring forth The Guides in concurrent transmission as one voice.

After honing these skills with the help of The Guides, they formed Speaking from Source in 2022, offering their channeling to groups and individuals and communicating messages through events, podcasts, and publications.

Since forming Speaking from Source, AJ and Thomas have been featured on popular podcasts and expos including Next Level Soul, Soul Search, Portal to Ascension, and Infinite Star Connections. They also produced a 12-episode series entitled The Infinite Pathway: Journey to Self-Realization, which is available on Soul Search TV.
