Talk Title: When Knowing Gets in the Way of Noticing

You’ve spent years getting to know yourself—exploring, healing, growing, perhaps helping others do the same. But what happens when all that knowing starts getting in the way of noticing? In this participatory session, Kristen Crabtree, creator of The Live Dig™, invites you to experiment with setting down what you think you know and getting curious again. What becomes possible when we stay curious long enough to surprise ourselves?

Bio

Kristen Crabtree is an author, creator of The Live Dig™, and Archaeologist of the Self™. Drawing on a background in anthropology, human behavior, facilitation, and decades of personal exploration, her work investigates what happens when we interrupt the noise long enough to notice ourselves differently. Through Paramour Paradox™, she creates participatory experiences that invite curiosity and self-recognition without prescribing what an experience should mean, where it should lead, or what someone should discover.
