Althea Lucrezia Avanzo is a Light Language channeler, Reiki practitioner, Kundalini Yoga teacher, and tarot and divination practitioner. Born in Milan, Italy, she developed her spiritual practice through travel and work in Italy, France, India, and New York before settling in South Africa.

Her work centers on Light Language expressed through voice, song, writing, drawing, and movement. Through individual sessions, coaching, workshops, and retreats, she guides participants in exploring intuition, spiritual connection, and their own creative expression of Light Language.

Drawing on her Reiki and Kundalini Yoga training, Althea brings together a range of spiritual practices with a focus on personal empowerment and collective consciousness. She has hosted workshops and retreats in destinations including Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, Costa Rica, Milan, Cape Town, and Bali.
