David Gibson is the founder and director of the Globe Sound and Consciousness Institute in San Francisco, offering state-approved certificate and degree programs in Sound Healing and Therapy since 1990. He is the author of the bestselling book The Complete Guide to Sound Healing and a leading producer of sound healing music. Through the Sound Therapy Center, David offers over 15 types of sound-based treatments both in person and online. David has produced three International Sound Healing Conferences and founded the Sound Healing Research Association to help bring sound healing into mainstream use in homes and hospitals. With a background in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley, he brings a scientific framework to understanding how sound affects the mind, body, and spirit.
